TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Estimate valid for 10 days.

2. Payment due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Any unpaid balance remaining 30 days after invoice date will incur a 10% late fee per 10 days.

4. Customer must identify utilities, sprinkler systems, invisible fences, lighting, and concealed items before work begins.

5. COLORS Landscaping is not responsible for damage to unmarked items, pre-existing conditions, hidden obstacles, underground roots, or deteriorated structures.

6. Additional charges may apply for unforeseen conditions discovered during work.

7. Weather, material shortages, and equipment issues may affect scheduling.

8. Additional charges may apply if property access is restricted or delayed.

9. Removal of debris beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

10. COLORS Landscaping reserves the right to stop work or refuse future service for non-payment, unsafe conditions, harassment, or misrepresentation of site conditions.

11. Customer acknowledges acceptance of the estimate and terms by signing below.
